Non-Defective Units – Returned Within 30 Days of Purchase

Factory Sealed Units:

Returns will be accepted for credit without any restocking fee.

Not Factory Sealed Units:

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the return.

Important:

No returns will be accepted after the unit has been installed. Once installation is completed, the unit is considered final sale and is non-returnable.
Advanced Replacements

Advanced replacement units must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Once the defective unit is received and inspected, a refund will be issued (less any applicable restocking fee).
Returns After 30 Days

Unopened Units:

Current units that are unopened may be returned for credit.

Please call to request a Return Authorization (RA) before returning the unit.

Return Shipping:

The dealer is responsible for the cost of returning the unit.

Units Damaged During Shipment

Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

If you notice any damage, refuse the delivery.

If damage is noticed after the carrier has left, please contact your sales representative as soon as possible.
