Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance through our online booking system or by calling 407-268-6428 Ext. 3. Once scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email or phone call to confirm the appointment. Rescheduling or cancellations should be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests made within 24 hours, subject to availability. Failure to notify us may result in cancellation of the appointment without rescheduling. We ask that a client or authorized representative be present during the installation. If this is not possible, please inform us ahead of time to make alternative arrangements. The workspace should be prepared and easily accessible for our technicians to avoid unnecessary delays. If you expect to be late to your appointment, please notify us immediately. If our technicians are required to wait more than 30 minutes, it may impact the appointment and could lead to rescheduling. We provide a 30-day support period after installation, during which time there will be no service fees for any necessary adjustments or troubleshooting.
