Estimates and scheduling
Estimate calls are free and carry no obligation. Written estimates are based on the information available at the time; site conditions discovered during installation may change scope or pricing, which we will review with you before proceeding.
Installation work
You agree to provide safe access to the work areas and authorization to perform the work described. Where required, permits, HOA approvals or landlord consent are the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Equipment and warranties
Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship warranty covers the installation itself and does not cover damage from misuse, power events, internet service problems, or changes made by others.
Payment and cancellations
Payment terms are stated on your estimate or invoice. Please give reasonable notice to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment.
